CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged a 40% re-stocking fee, unless previously agreed otherwise. Special orders can be canceled after 48-hours, but your deposit will be kept for the production (restocking) of the item. When a refund has been agreed upon, the wait is 10-14 days for it to be processing. It may be made by check or refunded back to the credit card. Delays in production and shipping may occur. We will work hard to get your purchase to you, but please keep in mind that we work with high-ticket and large items, which come from all over the world. In most cases, delays occur during busy seasons, holidays, due to production delays, or other factors not in our control. We will make all efforts to quote accurate lead times and will notify all our customers promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will Swissballs.com.au be responsible for any damages resulting in shipping delays.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) posted on the outside of the package. Returns must be requested within 30 days from shipping date. Before attempting to return any item, email your order number, item(s) being returned and the reason for the return to Swissballs.com.au.
We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number and assist you with a refund or replacement. In most cases, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We will do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually the same day or next business day. If an item you order is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of waiting or cancelling/refunding your order.
We require a physical Australian. delivery address; we do not ship to APO address or PO Boxes.
Before you complete your order, you must read the return policy and agree to all terms as advised by your salesperson. Receipt of an order number or an order confirmation email does not constitute an acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Swissballs.com.au
reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer and/or to limit the order quantity on any item. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Shipping Time Please allow the lead-time for delivery depending on the product type, color, model, manufacturer, and other factors. . When it comes to delivery times we depend on the factory and freight carriers to provide us with an estimated ship date. Some specialty carriers use a third party for some delivery locations, and are unable to provide the up to the minute tracking information that is common for small packages. Shipping delays due to increased security by governments and customs delays may also occur, which is beyond our control. If you are receiving a delivery by pallet you can purchase an insurance plan ranging from AU$45-AU$75, depending on the weight and size of the pallet.
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation” by e-mail within 24 hours. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary corrections.
It is assumed that when the carrier picks up a package from our warehouse or our agent's warehouse, the package leaves in good condition, free of any defects and damage. If the package, or item(s) in the package are damaged, or lost, in transit, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to review any claims. We will assist you in making a claim to the carrier for goods damaged in transit, lost, or stolen.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR ITEMS SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED must be documented with Delivery agent at the time of delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside. A few of our manufacturers only make home deliveries that are "curbside"- meaning the driver will not carry that package inside your home. In such a case, if you suspect damage, note your concerns on the delivery slip, insist the package be opened for inspection outside, and if the driver refuses, write it down on the delivery slip and get a copy - or refuse delivery. In order to support any potential claim for damages, you must also notify us within 3 business days by phone or email. Once you sign for the delivery, without any notes or complaints, we are not responsible for any damage.

This Website neither designs, manufacturers or ships any of the products offered or sold on this site, and as such, makes no representation or guarantee about the safety of these products, or, in the case of self-assembled items, about whether purchasers who receive such products will properly and safely assemble these items. Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the responsibility of the manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper.
